New help trouble shooting Sprint Protege CTX KSU (K32US4.F06) system - 09/23/14 08:04 PM
We have two telephone lines going to the Sprint Protege CTX KSU (K32US4.F06) and ProtegeVoice SVP-4 phone system that works flawlessly for 7 years. Today the phone line#1 is intermittently static and sometimes drop-off. The phone line#2 is still flawless. The phone carrier will send a tech out tomorrow to check their phone lines to the premise to make sure it still have good signal fidelity. Could this be a problem with the Sprint Protege system? If it is a problem would I be able to switch to another line on the Sprint Protege system since it still has extra lines available for use assuming that line#1 is bad in the Sprint Protege system? After switching to another line to the Sprint Protege system one needs to reconfigure the Sprint Protege PBX to use the other phone line or it uses all the available phone line all the time?
