When i try to make an outgoing call with any of my office phones i receieve the message, "No Trunks in Trunk Group." We also can't receive any calls.
The phone is an Inter-Tel, Standard Digital Terminal.
Is there a quick fix? Anything i can do before the tech comes to the office tomorrow?
Thanks!
Call your carrier, and see if they can test your lines. May save yourself a service call from your vendor.
The trunk group that you phone is programmed to use does not have any trunks in it.
You would need programming access to your system to add the trunks.
If the trunks were simply our of service you would get an 'ARS Unavailable' or 'XXXX is unplugged' message.
Instead of pressing the Outgoing key, try dialing the trunk group extension number(s). Start with 9201, if the doesn't work, try 92001. From there move to 9202/92002, and so on.
What are the trunk numbers and trunk group numbers on this Inter-tel system?
This topic is over 8 years old. The lack of activity leads me to guess that everything is resolved.
Perhaps they are still on hold for Tech Support?
