Axxent Resurrection - 08/12/09 03:23 PM
Hello,
Let me start by saying that I am not an official Inter-Tel support person, I am an independant contractor who has experience with the Axxess system.
One of my clients has a building that has sat vacant for about 5 years, and in it is an Inter-Tel Axxent system. They want to use this building again, so I need to get the ol' Axxent up. Upon powering it on, it seems to work, but the database is gone and the alarm 116 (battery low) error recurs. Where is the database battery? I see a battery on the backplane inside the case, is that it?
The main problem is, nobody knows where the DB Studio disks are, and the local Inter-Tel vendor has long since went out of business.
Can anybody help me with the DB Studio disks? I am desperate, the building opens Monday!
Thanks in advance.
