I advised customer to back to principle of installing company
and express their displeasure as system is less then a year old.
apparently the vendor tried to tie several locations together,
it never worked ,so customer went back to cablevision dial tone.
It all seems like programming issues.
Like so many VOIP systems many installing companies do not seem to understand how to make them work. IMO the manufactures do not offer or require enough training.
