My customer wants unified messaging on the new Partner 7.0 system with configuration 4X8. I believe you need a Messaging voicemail (as opposed to a PC card VM) for unified messaging. Do I need to order anything else besides the software?
Does it function well? Problems?

Yes, iy functions very well. They have to have an email server, but easy to set up.

Yes, Unified Messaging is only available with the Partner Messaging. All software is included. You may want to go to Avaya/support and download the documentation for the PM R7.0 before ordering.

And yes, they have to have an Exchange or other email server.
