We are running Build 4 of Voicemail Pro 5 and need to reset the administrator password to access the administration web page.
Please clarify.
1.There is no web page for admin.
2.There is no admin password for configuring VMPro
Either you are inquiring about a different Avaya application, or you mean you need a password for the client software on VM Pro. If that is the case, log on to the VM Pro server (locally) and click on vm pro administrators on the left. Change the password.
But, like I said, we need more information.
pmdoyle65,
Per the rules of this site, I have copied the rules on passwords:
"If you need an admin password reset on a Partner Mail, Partner Mail VS, Partner Messaging, Partner PVM (the PC card), Merlin Mail or Merlin Messaging post your request in the forum. Our policy is that we cannot give out passwords so don't ask. One of our mods will contact you to verify that you are who you say you are. They will then call into the system and reset the admin password. There is a charge for this that will need to be charged to a credit card, however it is less than what Avaya will charge."
Would you like to be contacted by a Moderator or Administrator for further assistance?

As stated above, there is no password to be reset. OPEN the software on the voicemail pro server....there is no password...
You are correct Matt that there is no password for the IPO VM pro application.
I think what Rhonda is trying to say is "This board does not support the release of back door passwords of any kind, shape or form. And that the question being asked is well beyond the user end documentation.
It's pretty clear that the original poster either does not have an IPO or is in way over their head and needs to get professional help with his/her system.
