I have a Ext 603 call fwd always to a phantom Ext of 7603. if they call 7603 it calls the cell phone fine. when i have them dial *47 603 7603 that works and i can see that 603 is fowarded to 7603 in the pbx. the problem is when you call 603 internal/external I go to the VM on Ext 603 rather than the cell phone
what am i missing?
