Does anyone have experience with the Cisco Unified Personal Communicator?
I have a weird issue. I built hard phone extensions and CUPC extensions. I have double checked that I have all the fields input correct. The users are able to set the CUPC client to SOFT PHONE mode, but not DESK PHONE. the mac of the deskphone IS associated.
