my customer has and sbx and doesnt want all call paging to announce on telemarket room phones. they do want to be able to make intercom calls to those phones. can this be done. thanks,

Change your all call paging to specific zones and teach them (or deny access) to use the zone(s).

Probably deals with PGM 118.
