My tech was deployed by National Guard. Need help. What setting in PC Anywhere do I have to set, so I can dial into SX200ML and what keys do i press to get menu? Do I have to program from CDE to set up data interface? Is the voicemail the same? I have passwords!

Is PC anywhere a terminal program? I thought it was for accessing another PC equipped with PC Anywhere. I would think hyperterm would be the program you would use.

Hyperterminal or ProComm are the most common terminal emulators.

You can also program directly from the console with "Function" "Application" "CDE" (you must know the installer, Maint1, or Maint2 login to proceed)
