Ok so hotel has Sx-200 icp on a cx controller running software version 5.0.2.7

It seems to be locking up or freezing requiring a pull the power cord to reboot too unfreeze it. This happens when you try to look at logs, save database to ftp or even try to update software.

We replaced the cim4 card to the ASU ll devices as we thought this was locking up the system. This did not fix it .

Any ideas

How are you accessing the system? I suggest you try and access the system through the serial port and skip the web based access.
