Hi All,

I have just acquired three Yealink T22P phones from eBay. I am unable to access the administration page or the telephone settings menu. It keeps asking for the username and password. The default admin admin does not work. I have tried to reset the phone by holding down the "OK" button for 10 seconds, and then pressing "OK" again, however it keeps asking for the administrative password so I am unable to reset it. Anyone able to help me? I have no idea what else to do. All of the webpages online say that by holding down "OK" lets you reset the phone without a password, however this is not working for me. Thank so much in advance.

Question.
When you hold the OK button down for 10 seconds, does the screen "prompt" you " to "accept or deny a factory reset?"
