Do you have a Model 110/165 or a Model 385? The Model 110/165 are packaged in the same hardware.
110 = 2 channel/1 port 110 minute message storage pack
165 = 4 channel/2 port 165 minute storage pack
385 = 4 channel/2 port 385 minute message storage pack and has a built in Floppy drive.
I do not recall how many mailboxes you can have.

A 4 channel 165 or 330 supports 50 users, and is not expandable.

Startalk Mini - 25 users, non expandable
Startalk A - 25 users, expandable to Model B
Startalk B - 50 users, non expandable
Startalk C - Up to maximum Norstar configuration, but was often qouted at 500 users
