CP 150 ACD Greetings problem - 12/01/05 10:32 PM
When a caller is waiting in the Q, they hear part of a ringback tone just prior OR just after the hold greeting. This is not consistent but does happen often. Sometimes it works perfect - music then the greeting then music again. Its on a 0x32 6.1 and a CP 150 3.0
