Dumb question but I had to ask. I have a customer who currently has a CICS with a Caller ID Trunk cartridge and standard software w/ IRAD. They are considering going to a MICS system and asked if the trunk cartridge from the CICS could be inserted into the MICS. The MICS will be software version 7.0. I am not sure about the version on the CICS but it is probably only a few versions back. Thanks for your help!
cards are the same no problem to put in the mics
Tell the customer you would have to have them blessed by a rabbi for $50 each and they would work.
If they're Jewish they'll be happy to make the donation, if not, they will look at you very, very funny and you'll have to tell them you were kiding.
