3 phones in my office are experiencing the same problem.. if we send phone to phone msgs, the red light will show up for all the phones. but these 3 phones, when they get a voicemail, the red light will not show..

any suggestions? thanks!

i've also made sure static date/time are OFF F#806 as i read somewhere that may be the cause but still not working...

not only does the light not come on, but there is no message in the display LCD saying i have a message..
msg notification is off in the voice mailbox, turn it on.

in case anyone else stumbles upon this post with the same problem,

you have to log into MBOX Admin (F983) and go through each mailbox to to make sure "MSG WAITING" is set to "Y"
Not necessarily so. Not everyone WANTS the notification on their phone.
Also if there is no phone behind the mailbox then your wasting resources on the system as it will keep trying to send a light until a phone is plugged in.
