While viewing a call log in Call Logs (F812) if the user presses DIAL the system gives a message something like "No line selected". Their outgoing (and incoming) trunks are a 23 channel PRI with all of the trunks in Pool: BlocB How can I get the calls to go out the PRI? If I get that fixed then maybe I can remove the 9 as the first digit of my global speed dial entries, too. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Set up a destination code "9" that goes to route 001 & add BlocB to route 001
And...

When looking at the number press MORE
Then press 9 (or what ever your Dest code is)
Then press Intercom

In some cause you may see digits in front that you dont want dialed such as 1 when it is actually a local call:

When looking at the number press MORE
Then Press TRIM (the 1 will disappear)
Then press 9 (or what ever your Dest code is)
Then press Intercom

As for Global Speed Dials
You have it correct because there is no such thing as Prime Line = BlockA
So you have it at Intercom instead and insert 9 in Speed Dial.

Thanks CurlyCord and Ken B. That sounds like it should work. I'll give it a shot. One question though, when adding the new route should the DN Type be Public?
Yes Public
