I have a customer who blew out their old 8X24 cabinet. I replaced it with a CICS and reconnected their old Flash voicemail. Caller ID works on a call that rings direct to the phoneset but on a call from the auto attendant there is no caller ID. Is this a voicemail issue? Thanks.

What version of CICS and what version of Voice mail?

How many rings before the Auto Attendant picks up?
Must have at least 2 rings or caller ID will not work.
