The latest v4 software has the option to print lables
I know we just use a form generated in EXCEL. Then cut them out on a paper (FINGER) slicer. You could probably create the form in WORD as well. John C. (Not Garand)
I have a word template on my website. We also use a Excel template, but it's not uploaded yet.

I still use a word doc for new installs as the programming tool template will only print 1 phone per page, and you still have to cut it out ( pain on installs above 10-15 extensions and they all want different dss keys)

Johhz, thats a great idea, I must stick mine up on my site. I am always having to get my memory stick and give templates out.
OBT, we use the template as a hook to get the customers e-mail address, "I can E-mail you a template so you can make your own button labels, Mr customer. What is your E-mail address Mr customer?" Sometimes they don't want to give it to us otherwise, I think it's a 'spam' thing. John C. (Not Garand)
Can't fathom cutting desi's out.
Software is free. Buy the sheets, 2 per sheet 7600.
Have your own die cut and have a printer make your own to save money.
We generally don't have different desi's for different ext's. This allows us to put 5 identical desi's on an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet just by doing a copy function. We still occasionally do 5 different on each page, it all lines up the same in the shear. Better mention we do the sheet horizontally. Stack 3-4, get busy with the ol' finger lopper. You know, the big honkers that you lift 1 end of the blade, line up the cut and 'whack'. Just keep your fingers out of the way, unless you fancy answering to "stubby". smile John C. (Not Garand)
Cheers johhz
