I am at my wit's end. Have been trying to program toll restriction in a motel environment. They have a kxt123211D and I can't get it to restrict the dialing. Using program #15, I programmed in the local exchanges that were allowed (non-toll calls) and assigned class of service 5 to all the motel rooms. No matter what I do, it will not take. I tried the other program #s, 13, 14, 16 but no luck. I need some advice on how to get this to work. What am I missing? I have been programming these systems for 30 years so it's not new. Never had this problem before. Can anyone help.

Want to set up in the 607 area code and there are 8 local exchanges that I want to allow. Nothing else.

Al, I believe 15 was for toll class 4, toll execption was 17.
Didn't the day/night service class in 61 and 62 also need to be assigned?
Also 97 is if you want the * and # restricted or not.

Wow, thanks I'll try that. Interestingly enough, I did find 17 by accident and tried that but nothing happened. I did assign day/night in 61 and 62. Didnt know about 97. Will get to the site next week and will try it. Thanks!
