I just arrived at office, something happened since I left 12 hours ago. Callers cannot hear me though I can hear them just fine. I've restarted the system, that did not fix. I've also ruled on the TVA50 voice mail system, as that is working fine. Any ideas as to what is wrong or what needs fixing?

As a workaround, I will plug directly into phone line, bypassing system. This will work for line one, but not the others.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated!!!
Check to see if it is a problem on all sets....
Are you on CATV dial tone? Reset the modem....

No outgoing audio?? All phones?? Odd. Start with your Telco. Check to see if phone is in headset mode.
Hmmmm... All Five phone lines, same issue. Yes we are on CATV, I reset modem, same issue.
not sure how, maybe unplugging the phone line from the modem, but it works now.
