Programming KX-TDA50 Music On Hold MOH - 05/19/13 06:50 PM
I just moved my office and it was time to upgrade my phone system. My
local dealer installed the TDA50 system, which seems to have much more features than my old system although the dealer/installer has been a nightmare to deal with. When they installed it they said they would hook up the music on hold
when they came back to do the training. I had to hound them and finally after 6 weeks they provided us training on the system, but said they couldn't hook up the
music on hold until I ran a cable from our stereo receiver to the
TDA50 (nice of them to tell me this when they did the install). I ran the cable and now they won't return my phone calls. Can someone please tell me how to make the Music On Hold work? I would really appreciate it.
Also looking for a reputable Panasonic dealer/installer in Rhode Island. Thanks.
