Hi

Hope somebody can help with this one..

Incoming calls routed to CS menus, caller selects an option and should get transferred to a hunt group. However on this site some callers get a random system prompt after selecting an option which usually requests them to enter an extension number, surname etc.

I did update the main software from 0.48 to 2.76 (and the IPL and DSP) and updated COS 1 to 62 with Directory Listing to No, but still the issue remains.

I’m also starting to think some callers are being put on hold by the TVM and not being transferred over to the TDA200 which has queuing enabled, as some callers seem to get lost on hold even when operators are available. They end up hanging up after 15 minutes.

Update - have now identified 3 out of the 8 ports on the tvm are not responding to calls. Going to try two new tvm204 cards.

update - all vm ports now working after updating the tda200 from v3 to v5!!
