Greetings, We have a client with an Os7400 using voicemail to e-mail gateway. All the users are getting voicemail e-mails from external callers. Some of the users are not getting internal voicemail to e-mail and some of the users are. In the log I am getting MIME Message 0000619D, Time: 4.42s, Voice Size: 77928, Fax Size: 0 WARNING - Thu Mar 23 15:42:39 2017 SMTP 'MAIL FROM:' command failed. Server XXX.XX.XX.X Response '501 5.1.7 Invalid address They are using a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. Any Thoughts? TIA

Hi
Try putting a valid from address in system parameters/email gateway/reply to.

Yes I tried that already. Just for a test I put the whole e-mail address in the from field of a users voice mailbox and got an error back from the mail server saying this client does not have permissions to use this address. Thanks

You fixed your first issue only to reveal a second issue.
Whatever account you are authenticating against doesn't have permission to send from the users email address.
You'll need to get the permissions changed in the office365 portal
