I can say with complete certainty that I've never encountered a clean Partner installation. Same with Panasonic. Make it modular and you invite sloppy installation practices.

I could do one start to finish in 5 minutes. 1 minute per phone for the buttons and that's it.

They were / are a great little system. Only knock on it would be somewhat limited capabilities of the voice mail systems.

Under a lot of situations the old Partners were 'almost' plug and play. The default programming would work.
Programming a phone to ring was almost as fast as on a 1A2!

I've seen a few that were truly a work of art. Cables dressed neatly and cut down properly on the blocks. Obviously installed by someone who had cut their teeth on 1A2.

2 pairs another neat thing about the partner is you can install a regular phone right on a port or on the Aux. port on a digital phone.

Last question are they wired USOC , 564 ,565 ?

I always wired them either USOC or 568A.
