Hi everybody,
I'm connecting a software application to my 3300 to control IPPhones and get information.
Actually when I start an outbound call to a wrong/busy/not reacheble/ecc. number, the IPPhone gets 30 sec of busy tone then the call drops and my application gets an error code indicating the failure cause.
I want my application (MITAI) to get immediate error code to send a software message to operator PC.
I tried to change the "Busy Tone Timer" to all my COS records (Trunks and Stations) but the station allways gets 30sec of busy tone then reports error code.
Wich parameter I have to set to reduce Busy Tone time before failed call event? Do I have to set any paramaeter in my application, to get immediate information about failed call?
