OP Bobtheicon Member Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 29 Chattanooga, TN 37416	Is there a way to change the message from "I'm sorry, XXX is currently on the phone"? When a virtual extension is called and goes to voicemail, that is what is heard. Can you change that to "is currently unavailable"?
