Gentlemen,
Mr. Patel from the local Knights in called concerning an issue that he is having with his Mitel SX-200.
Extension 102, can make outgoing calls fine.
If you call the room from external or internal the call drops dead with no ringing at the station port.
The other ports on the station card ring with no problems.
Please assist if possible.
