I've got a customer with a sx2000 lite with redundant cpu's. Last week the plane 'a' maint port stopped responding, this has happened before but it has always cleared up after the system switches planes at night.

I tried resetting the switch, which has also cleared up any hung up maint ports in the past. During the reboot, I was connected to the plane 'a' maint port, and it started to print out boot info like it always does (something like {VxWorks something} started... yada yada...I wrote it all down but don't have it right now)but it prints out about a dozen lines of text total.

Since it starts printing, I've gotta figure the cable, connection, baud rate, parity, etc. are all good, but still can't get plane 'a' maint port to respond.

Any ideas out there? Please...
