I have been told the LS/GS cards are able to pass incoming Caller ID. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get it to work. The card is an MC340BA.

Thank you, John. Is there another card that would work or do I need to use an Universal ASU?

I don't know what version of controller you have. If it has embedded ls trunks, those will work or the universal asu will do it for you.

The MC340xx LS/GS Card will not do caller ID. AS John mentioned, you'll need to use the embedded trunks in the Controller, or go the ASU route.
