Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me! We have recently installed the Mitel 8568 telephones into our office. I'm trying to work out how to put everyones first names onto the internal call system so that we dont have to keep looking up their internal number - is it possible to do so on these phones? If so, can you please tell me how?
