There are adapters galore on the back of this thing, changing from serial to phone cord, punched down to distribute it, and then back to line cord again. Where do you suggest I test? And if it is not sending SMDR, then what? If it is in the right place in form 34, and the data parameters are good, I'm afraid I don't know where to look then....
