We have a MICS 4.0 THe main number is programmed as a DID with a target line assigned to only one telephone.

is there any way we can have this ring multiple phones at the same time without using an answer dn?

what do you recommend for ease of use?

set the target line to public.
then just assign in term and sets that target line to whatever sets you want. also you can assign multiple apppearances which comes in handy as well.
