I've got a strange issue. MICS 5.0 with a PRI. Prime set is ext 4150 and has 4 appearances of target line 145. Calls come in fine on the DID. They are answered by other extensions using call pickup. However, when you intercom call this extension or when you transfer a call to this extension, it won't work. On an int. call, you get "Name" busy and on a transfer, it rings on another extension as if it is Fwd on busy. The intercom light is always on as well giving a "line in use" message when pressed. No buttons are stuck. Also, when other DIDs are called and then zeroed out after hitting their voice mail box, I get a "the operator is not available". Any suggestions??? Please tell me it's just the phone.
