Just found this site. Looks like a great resource for a number of issues we deal with on a daily basis.
We are a Nortel and ESI vendor looking to expand our product/service offerings. We have a fairly large customer in northern Vermont that is looking to install a VoIP based system for several sites (8 different sites/up to 500 total stations).
We want to propose a ShoreTel based solution as neither (we believe) Nortel or ESI is the right fit based on the customers requirements.
My question is; does anyone out there have any experience with ShoreTel in terms of ease of installation,ongoing operation/management issues, ease of use and post sale ShoreTel technical support.
