Have a customer with a Norstar 7.0XC and a CallPilot 2.1. They say that, sometimes, people complain that they get either invalid extensions or do not get anything when they dial a digit. This only happens at night and on the back line which are both answered by the CallPilot.

The DSP is A6, didn't this correct the problems with echo & such?

I have dialed in probably a 100 times and have never had a problem. The one person who had the problem said they could not connect on their office phone but they could connect on their cell phone.

BTW, the site has a PRI.
