I have a CICS that keeps 'power cycling'. The unit is a refurb. that they bought from a used supply house back east. I installed it three days ago and all was fine. This site has had terrible power problems and just this morning had its electrical box completely replaced due to its problems with keeping electricity on. I installed a new Belkin surge strip, about 2600 Joules.
Any idea why the system will work about 10 percent of the time and the balance of the time it is simply flashing in the displays on the phones while it is attempting to reboot?
