I have a problem with a CP100 on a compact ics,when you dial in on the auto attendant and dial a number it tells you that the number is invalid, if you dial it again(same call) it goes through. I tried the reboot of both ksu and cp to no avail. I checked the ksu ports and they are fine. I tried to upload firmware patch "dsppatch" from Nortels website and it get 3/4 the way through and gives me "error 2" nowhere does it tell me what that means or if this patch is for my problem, anybody see this? Oh , it worked for 2 months before this started.any help is appreciated. Tom
