I have a customer that has two buildings with a MISC connecting both buildings. They wanted the second building to have its own phone system and still be connected with the other building. So we installed another MISC and E&M cards. I have my target lines built and the E&M lines in pool B. when I call from one switch to the other switch using pool B the call will only ring on the prime set. If I go to control set for lines and have no prime set for the E&M lines the call from the 1st switch will ring from the phone that’s making the call but the 2nd switch wont ring anywhere. When I put the prime set back in to play with the E&M lines the call will only ring on the prime set. This is the way its works if switch 1 calls switch 2 and visa versa. I have the target lines setup as if they were DIDs. Any suggestions? It’s been about 8 years since I’ve worked with E&M lines.
You don’t drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
