HI! I haven't had time to trouble shoot this problem : it is a Cics dr1 Version 7 i think, no voice mail. The problem is when lines 1-4 a used and a call comes in on line 5 it rings and when picked up call cuts off,,the cards are 2 ds cards, there are 8 co lines approximately 13 telephones . I was thinking of starting with swapping Ds card 1 &2 to start. Any other ideas?? Thanks
