I ran across this problem 2 days ago.The jumpers were punched on 1st(blu) and 2nd(org) pair 66 Block. Punched the ATT RJ45 jack with all 4 pair,
phone still would not work or ring. I had to move the the 2nd(org)pair to the green (3&6)on tne jack bingo. we had tried a new card new staion wire yada yada, But the jack's are wired different. There is always the somthing little. I hope this may help
