Hi,I live in Peru South America and have inherited duties to help maintain a kx-td1232 phone system at our org. office. I know a little about programming the system. My question is this: We have standard phones hooked up to the system, except for the one Panasonic that is used for programming. Is it possible to assign several phone extensions to ring when one phantom extension number is dialed with the standard phones? Can I program this or do you have to have the special panasonic phones? I'm trying to get the DISA card to shunt unanswered calls to several extensions rather than just one. I have figured out how to do it to just one, but thought if I had a phantom extension there instead of an actual extension, I would be able to get it to transfer to several extentions. Thanks!
