1) Call forward of internal ext to cell phone not working - receive dead air with no completion of call - programmed 9 1 area code and # with no spaces or special characters. Called the extension, display shows call forward in effect, but no ringing.
2) Is there such a thing as a night button? Need to program a flex button on receptionist phone so they can put phones in night/do not disturb mode and have voicemail pick up immediately, then be able to switch back on demand.
