I had a complaint fromone of our appt lines of someone continually calling and hanging up. they said they got the number of the caller from Caller ID. when I checked on the number it came back to the Consumer Protection Agency. Specifially the number you call to opt out of telemarketing calls. When I checked with our local Telco they said it looked like somone has been "spoofing" that number. They have a lot of guts to use that number. I did file a report with the CPA. I doubt if anything will come of it, but the calls have stopped. before that we had it call about 19 times in 3 days.
