I have a slight problem and was wondering if anyone could help me. Here is the situation. We have three companies under one roof and each company has a their own MOH, which tells a little bit about the company and what they do. The problem I am having is that all the calls coming in to the switch is hearing the appropriate MOH for the company they are calling and that MOH follows them throughout that call. It is the calls that are going outbound that are not hearing the right MOH if they are put on hold. All outbound calls are hearing channel 1 MOH, which I assume is default. I was told that I could assign the appropriate MOH for each company on the outbound calls, but that it would be a pain in the back side to setup. I have a PRI24 card with 23 channels and I am thinking I will have to set this up under the Trunk Group. We have the IPEX2 system running emanager version 3.1.0.4 . Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks, Keith
