I HAVE A TOSHIBA STRATA DK PHONE SYSTEM, DKT2020-SD. WE HAD SERVICE PEOPLE ENTER AND ADD PHONE LINES AND IN THE MEANTIME THEY REMOVED THE DIRECT TO VOICEMAIL BUTTON AND COULDN'T GET IT BACK WORKING. SO, CURRENTLY, IF A CALL COMES IN AND THAT SAME PERSON IS ON THE LINE, I CANNOT SEND THEM TO VOICEMAIL... HOW WOULD I PROGRAM A BUTTON TO SEND SOMEONE TO VOICEMAIL? THANKS!
