About a week ago, our local provider of phone service, TWTC changed the provider of their database for caller ID. Since then, our in bound caller ID has been poor. For example, instead of seeing 'MARY JONES', like we had in the past, we would see 'J M'. Well, it turns out the only customers of TWTC having a problem are those with a PRI and Toshiba CTX 670. They determined that the new data base provider is sending upper and lower case letters, where in the past, everything was sent in upper case. TWTC says there maybe something in our PBX that only allows upper case to be displayed. Is anyone aware of anything we could change to allow us to receive upper and lower case?

Try changing the Protocol. We found that our carrier requires National ISDN - Nortel at some locations.
