ok i've checked ip connectivity between my IES32 and CTX pings no problem. I also have a serial connection between the two. I've tried smdi and toshiba for intregating the two I cant seem to gewt any different results. This was a working system worked great for 2 years. All of a sudden it stoped forwarding calls to the VM Box the only thing i noticed was the password on the Stratagy Server had defaulted with no human intervention. Currently I can not transfer calls to VM. Would somebody please point me in the right direction. I have gone through the steps in the Stratagy manual for setting up and configuring the system. No change...
Anyone ?
