OP jnimmick Member Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 111 Havre, Montana	Just wondering if there is a way for a tone to sound every few seconds when someone is on hold rather than pure silence or hooking up an on-hold audio source? Simmilar to what I have seen on Nortel systems. If not, would be nice if they included that in new software. TekLink Solutions Havre, Montana 59501
