Greetings,
I am getting a call every Monday from a customer who's voicemail is always reverting to the year 2010, and making the greeting play the closed menu. I had the user program the date and time on the system using 692 from x100, and I corrected the voicemail date and time, again.
Any ideas why this is happening?
